We’re 1 week away from The Well Plated Cookbook (so many feelings!!! so many exclamation points!!!!!). That means those of you who preordered will receive your copies on August 25th, publication day. I’ve been eagerly awaiting this moment for years, and I know many of you have too.

To celebrate, I’m thrilled to be partnering with Boswell Books, a fantastic local bookstore right here in Milwaukee, though you certainly don’t have to live in Milwaukee to participate.

LIVE EVENT!

We’re also hosting a LIVE event that anyone can attend.

  • The event will be Monday, August 31 at 7 pm CDT.
  • I’ll be cooking a recipe from the book, and we’ll have a Q&A where I’ll be taking YOUR questions. I can’t wait to meet you (at least virtually!).

Not being able to go on tour and meet you all face-to-face has been one of the hardest parts of launching a cookbook at this moment. I’ve looked forward to those in-person moments for so long and, while Zoom isn’t the same, I would LOVE for you to sign up and attend!

The event is FREE, anyone can join worldwide, and I’ll be taking your questions both in advance and during the event.

    Is there going to be a digital version of the cookbook? While I do like a book that I can flip through, I guess I’ve been spoiled by technology. I like going to the store on the way home from work without having to plan in advance. In other words, I pull up the recipe while at the store and get what I need. Of course, I understand why you will hesitate with online piracy and all.

    1. Hi Neil! Great question. While we don’t have a PDF or website with the book, there is a kindle version on Amazon that might give you what you are looking for (you can find it here). I believe Kindle has an app that you can download to a phone. I hope that is helpful!
