• I really loved this recipe! Great for watching your weight (or cholesterol, like me) and can be served on a bed of lettuce. I should have made pickled onions, oh well next time. I did serve with coleslaw that I made though. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture.5 stars

  • I was skeptical about making chicken burgers at home, but this recipe blew my expectations away. The patties were juicy, flavorful, and had a great texture. The toppings complemented the chicken perfectly. This will definitely become a regular on our dinner rotation.5 stars

  • Your chicken burger recipe is a hidden gem! The flavor combination is spot on. Very moist and nicely seasoned. Made ours with a little chick fil a sauce, avocado and sliced tomato. I’m already planning to experiment with different toppings and buns. Will be a regular for sure!! Thank you, Erin5 stars

  • Omg. SO GOOD!!! Sooo juicy and the flavor was delicious! I used pretzel buns and topped them with lettuce, tomato, mayo & avo. Tomorrow, I’ll use the leftovers on a salad and I’m already so excited lol5 stars

A plate with two corn on the cob, a veggie burger patty, and an open bun with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.

  • Five stars!!!! These were so juicy and tasty!! I served them on onion rolls from our grocery store deli and topped with Monterrey Jack cheese and the mayo chipoltle seasoning that you suggested along with avocado!! Definitely a keeper!! Thank you so much Erin!!5 stars

  • One of my goals for 2025 was to eat more protein and these burgers I’ve been perfect! They’re moist and flavorful. I make them on Sunday and then I have four days of lunches ready to go!5 stars

  • Just made these last night for dinner and they were absolutely delicious and juicy! This is my go-to recipe from now on for chicken burgers!!5 stars

  • We like chicken or turkey burgers and wanted to try this one and we liked it very much. I wondered if it would be too salty with the add in items but it was fine. I formed them and chilled them until ready to cook. Nice with roasted red pepper a bit of olive paste and avocado–or what ever want to add. Tongight having left overs with a veggie pearl couscous dish. Will make again. Thank you!5 stars

  • We absolutely loved it! These were tasty and juicy. I did put them on a tray with parchment paper and stick in the freezer for about an hour before grilling to make them firmer so they wouldn’t fall apart on the grill. I do this with my regular burgers too. Thank for a wonderful recipe. This will be a repeat.5 stars

  • OMG. Making these again so good. I ground my own chicken breast added jalapeño cheese slice and a dill pickle slice. Flavors are perfect and no sauce needed. Made sliders this time.

  • These burgers are amazing! So good! And so easy! Best of all they passed the dad test! He loved them! And he enjoyed the leftover burger the next day!

  • I made these for a small get-together with friends, and they were a hit. They’re lighter than beef burgers but still filling, so no one felt weighed down after eating. It was nice serving something that felt both casual and a bit healthier.5 stars

  • These were perfect for a quick weeknight meal. They cooked fast and held together well in the pan. My husband added extra toppings, but I enjoyed mine just with a little mayo and lettuce.5 stars

  • I tried these for a family dinner, and they were a hit. The kids liked the mild flavor, and I liked that they were a healthier option compared to regular burgers. It’s nice to find something everyone will eat without complaints.5 stars

  • Quick and easy weeknight meal – the patties do indeed tend to feel like they’re falling apart when you put them in the pan, but they do firm right up while they’re cooking. My family loved these. :)5 stars

  • I love burgers. My mom loved them and she passed that down to me. But, as with anything, I have to have them in moderation. But I still wanted my burger. Enter your amazing recipe. I made this tonight for the first time and was sure I’d miss the beef. I did not. The texture of this burger is spot on and the flavor was exactly right! I grilled mine and I really think that made this over the top for me. Thanks for the recipe.5 stars
