OMG! I’ve been craving for fluffier and soft creamy pancakes!! And this recipe is beyond expectation! Thank you for sharing! I used homemade almond milk and non-dairy butter.
I just made these for the first time this morning, and I forgot to put the egg in! The weird thing is, my whole family still thought the pancakes were delicious. I can’t wait to see how amazing they are when I actually get that egg in there haha.
Really easy recipe to follow, even had my 3 year old helping with ingredients, and mixing. Knocked it out in no time, and the end result was a big thumbs up from my assistant. A perfect recipe. Definitely with the time, and effort. We topped it with a combination of butter and maple syrup with lots of mixed berries. Thank you so much!
I just made these pancakes, and I have to say, they turned out absolutely perfect! They were incredibly fluffy, with a light and airy texture that melted in my mouth. I paired them with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of syrup, and they were absolutely perfect!
Absolute perfection! Followed the recipe as it says and turned out great. My 3 year old helped me flip them – we had a wonderful time together making these pancakes (little one requested jam, butter and maple syrup) Thank you, Erin!
Wow, talk about comfort food. And your Dad chose the perfect side – bacon!! Though I’ll also add fruit. What wonderful memories. Thanks for sharing them with us. Hugs! 💟🥞🥞🥞
This is our absolute fav pancake recipe. Easy and so tasty! We’ve been making them most every Sunday (“our pancake Sunday!” since you first posted it wayyyy back and I’ve been sharing it ever since.
I hope my kids can make special memories with me and making pancakes like you did with your dad!

Tender, fluffy, flavorful…and foolproof! I usually mess up homemade pancakes somehow, but these were perfection. 10/10
They look amazing, Rebecca! Thank you for sharing!
My kids loved these! Classic and filling. I subbed Greek yogurt for the canola oil, doubled the recipe, and added mini chocolate chips.
