This frosting recipe is super light, contains NO fat, and comes together in minutes. Light and fluffy. Uses dream whip and instant pudding.


  • 1 packet instant whipped topping — (Dream Whip)
  • 1 package sugar-free instant pudding mix — n your flavor of choice (4 serving size—the “small” box
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat milk


  1. In a deep mixing bowl (glass or metal works best), whisk together the instant whipped topping and instant pudding mix. Add milk and beat on low speed until blended.
  2. Increase mix speed to high and beat for 4 to 6 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
  3. Frost cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, or just go to town with a spoon!
