(FYI: Nordstorm doesn’t pay me to write this post, and none of the brands I’m linking below do either. I’m sharing my honest favorites—things I either would buy, plan to buy, or have used in the past and loved.)
Without further ado, here are my favorite finds from the sale!
Tops and Sweaters
- Pointelle Sweater. I love any sweater that allows me to be cute and cozy.
- Nike Sweatshirt. Somehow, this is both perfectly oversized and cropped at the same time.
- Cable Stitch Sweater. These colors are beautiful and unlike anything else in my wardrobe.
- Short Sleeve Sweater. Perfect for those early fall days!
- Chocolate Brown Sweater. Because “that’s that me espresso!”
- Cropped Sweater Vest. I will be wearing this with jeans on repeat! Here’s another option with more colors.
- Perfectly Oversized Sweater. This looks insanely comfortable (but still cute!).
- Cozy Cropped Turtleneck. I normally can’t handle turtlenecks, but Free People’s are actually super cute.
- Cloud-Like Sweatshirt. I’m very excited about the “matcha” color! Don’t forget the matching shorts.
Loungewear and Pajamas
- Short Pajama Set. Because cute pajamas equals better sleep, right?
- Dreamy Lounge Set. A Barefoot Dreams pajama/lounge set? Count me in!
- My New WFH Uniform. This is cute enough to wear at home all day!
- Barefoot Dreams Robe. I live in cozy robes like this in the winter.
- Cashmere Pajama Set. Looking for a luxe gift for someone (or yourself)? These are elegant and Kelly Rutherford would approve.
- Barefoot Dreams Socks. These are the BEST socks! I love giving them as gifts too.
Dresses and Jumpsuits
- THE Dress of the Season. I’ve been seeing these mixed media dresses everywhere, and this is one of the best! The color will be perfect for fall.
- Date Night Dress. This dress is ready for date night, special events, holiday parties, and more!
- Jumpsuit. I am VERY on board with the comfy jumpsuit trend, and this color is amazing!
- Effortless Dress. This dress is one you can throw on and instantly look put together.
- Cropped Sweater/Slipdress Combo. I love that this is two separate pieces that you can wear together or on their own.
Pants/Leggings/Skirts
- Wide Leg Jeans. This sale is an excellent time to try out a new style and snag a great deal.
- Best Joggers. They don’t call these “live in” joggers for nothing! They’re incredibly comfortable.
- High-Waisted Jeans. The detailing on these is so fun!
- SPANX Leggings. These faux-leather leggings are a hit every year!
SHOES (Maybe My Favorite Part)
- Velvet Ballet Flats. These will be on heavy rotation in my fall/winter wardrobe!
- Waterproof Booties. These are one of my must-have items every year! I’ve comfortably walked miles and miles in these.
- Waterproof Boots. My favorite booties (listed above) in boot form. My go-to for traveling (and winter in general).
- Chic Slippers. I will be living in these until further notice.
- Peep Toe Bootie. These look cute and comfortable!
- Mules that Go With Everything. An affordable designer dupe.
- Casual Sneakers. These will pair well with so many fall and winter outfits.
- Cap Toe Flats. A classic look that’ll never go out of style.
- Nike Slides. Easy to throw on and go!
- Weatherproof Boots. Stay warm and dry while still looking cute.
- UGG Slippers. To know them is to love them. I buy them as a gift for someone every year!
- Nike Sneakers. I always try to stock up on some good-quality sneakers during the sale.
- Colorful Running Shoes. I definitely need a pair of these for my future runs!
- Faux Fur Mules. These give me Gucci vibes for a fraction of the cost.
Jackets, Coats, and Vests
- Cropped Suede Jacket. This will be so easy to throw on and pull an outfit together.
- French Girl Blazer. For that effortless, je ne sais quoi look. It’s oversized but won’t drown you. (Make it a set with matching wide leg pants.)
- Jean Shacket. A trendy take on a classic.
- Elegant Coat. This would instantly make me feel chic!
- Cropped Puffer Vest. How cute is this?!
- Leather Bomber Jacket. This is a splurge, but it will instantly elevate any outfit.
- Fleece Shacket. Mrs. Alwayscold (aka me!) thinks this is a must-have.
Beauty (Some Great Finds This Year)
- Good Genes. HOLY GRAIL of skincare. You see a difference immediately.
- Night Repair Serum. My 2nd ride-or-die product. My sis and I both use it and see a difference. I buy the big bottle each sale and it lasts.
- Silk Pillowcase. I love mine! They make a great gift too.
- The Best Self Tanner. Goes on smoothly and doesn’t look orange. (The drops are amazing too!)
- Magical Hand Cream. Once you try this stuff, no other hand cream will do!
- Mask Trio. This set helps to hydrate, calm, and refine your skin (yes to all of those!).
- Hydrating Cream. I’ll be so happy to have this when winter comes.
- My Go-To Lip Balm. I carry one of these with me everywhere!
- Lip Kit. I grab this set every year! It’s the best for a neutral-looking lip.
- Flowerbomb Perfume. I’ve been using this perfume for years, and I never get tired of it! It also doesn’t give me a headache, which many do.
- Volumizing Mascara. This is a great deal for the set!
- Best Ever Hair Oil. This stuff is magic in a bottle!
Other Stuff I Really Like
- Capri Blue Candle. If you know me, you know I can NEVER have too many of these candles.
- Layered Necklace. An affordable way to try out the trend!
- Le Creuset Brazier. This will last a lifetime!
- Barefoot Dreams Blanket. These make an amazing gift! There are lots of patterns and colors in the sale this year.

Can you tell me any more about how to get the Nordstrom debit card that you mentioned? I don’t really want to open a new credit card, so this would be a great option! However, when I went to the link that you provided, I didn’t see any information about the debit option. Can you only choose the debit option once you fill out the application for the card? (And is it the Visa Signature card, the Nordstrom retail card, or something else?) Thanks so much for your help!
Erin, I am honestly not sure!! I’ve had mine for a number of years, so maybe they switched things up? I’d suggest making a call to customer service to see if they can assist. Sorry I can’t help more.
