• Super easy and healthy weeknight meal! My husband, three kids and I all liked it. Night two served leftovers with rice and soy sauce. Thank you!5 stars

  • Love this recipe! We always make it with lots of extra vegetables, only use sweet potatoes, broccoli and red peppers, and lots of extra olive oil and seasoning. It’s delicious and freezes great. Reheat it in the air fryer for crispiness. Yum!5 stars

  • Easy weeknight meal but it is BLAND. I would suggest real onion and garlic instead of powder, adding the cheese earlier, and finding a spice or two extra to kick it up.3 stars

    1. I’m sorry to hear the recipe wasn’t to your taste, Kathy. I know it’s disappointing to try a new recipe and not enjoy it. I (and many other readers) have enjoyed it, so I really wish they would’ve been a hit for you too!

  • Delicious! I make this at least once a month. I do less lemon juice as I’m not a huge fan of lemon and I sometimes douse it in some Olive Garden Italian dressing too and it’s so good!5 stars

  • When I took it out of the oven, there was a pool of water at the bottom of the sheet pan and everything ended up soggy. Any idea what I did wrong? I’d love to try this again if possible4 stars

    1. I’m sorry to hear you had an issue with the recipe, S. I know it’s disappointing to try a new recipe and not enjoy it. I’d check to make sure that your oven was hitting the correct temperature while roasting.

  • My only problem is that I often add too many extra veggies (like beets, carrots, cauliflower, ect.) so that the pan is almost overflowing!5 stars

  • Thank you, Erin! I don’t get excited about dinner very often, but this was delicious! I loved how flavorful the rainbow of veggies were and the chicken was done but not dry. I usually buy a whole bag of lemons, juice them, and freeze in 1 T. increments, so I just pulled out about 2 1/2 T. (5 T. for the double batch/two sheet pans I made for my family), and omitted the lemon zest. It was bright and flavorful! Thank you again for the healthy, beautiful dish. I’ve already shared the recipe!5 stars

  • We have made the recipe before and loved it.Can you substitute thin cut pork chops?I forgot to buy chicken 💁🏻5 stars

    1. Hi Francine! That should work. If they are thin the will cook much quicker so you’ll want to watch the time. Let us know how it goes if you decide to experiment!

  • Made this for dinner and it will now be in rotation! Didn’t have sweet potatoes on hand, but did have a some small russets. Added red onion and extra zests. Was truly AMAZING! Thank you for sharing this.5 stars

    1. Hi Kim! It should work but the carrots might need a little longer to cook. Let us know how it goes if you decide to give it a try!

  • wonderful!! made this for the first time and EVERYONE ate everything in their plates :)
    definitely making this again.

  • I’m a brand new mom and have found that most nights, I don’t have the time to really hang out in the kitchen and cook like I usually do! Cue a search for sheet pan recipes, and WOW was this good! I love how simple the recipe itself is, while also being insanely flavorful and colorful! My husband wanted more carbs with his so we paired it with some rice. Looking forward to making this one again (and making your sheet pan lemon chicken tonight!).5 stars

  • right amount of cook time for everything to be done but actually if you follow the recipe it has absolutely no flavor! very bland

    1. I’m sorry to hear the recipe wasn’t to your taste, Charlotte. I know it’s disappointing to try a new recipe and not enjoy it. I (and many other readers) have enjoyed it, so I really wish they would’ve been a hit for you too! The only thing I could recommend is to bump up the amount of salt used.
