  1. I printed out, and made for dinner – 3 of the sheet pan dinners. These were easy to follow, satisfying, and versatile. First, i made (okay, not sheet pan) Pasta al Limone, and added a filet of salmon (cooked in olive oil~quick and easy). It was a winning meal! Then, we had sheet pan chicken rainbow vegetables. We liked it a lot! Toward the end I added bean sprouts, and the texture got bumped up! Our last, but not final!! Sheet pan was Italian Sausage & Peppers, where we used this as our homemade pizza topping! Pureed sun dried tomatoes made the base, Your dish made the topping, and husband put coins of mozzarella sticks under the mix.
Thank You for all Your cooking, prepping, etc. and especially sharing, to make my kitchen moments easier and more efficient (and a bit more creative, too)! -Karen
