- block extra-firm tofu - low sodium soy sauce - rice wine vinegar - pure maple syrup - extra-virgin olive oil - garlic powder - ground ginger - Sriracha - corn starch
Gently press the tofu, then cut into cubes.
Pat the tofu dry to remove as much excess water as possible.
In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, oil, garlic powder, ginger, and hot sauce. Pour over tofu.
Marinade the tofu for 15 minutes. Then toss to coat with the cornstarch.
Place in single layer. Cook 400 degrees F for 9 mins. Toss cook for 2-4 mins. Repeat!
