– whole baby bella mushrooms – extra-virgin olive oil – Italian turkey or chicken sausage  – sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar – kosher salt & black pepper – green onions – minced garlic – Italian seasoned breadcrumbs – reduced-fat cream cheese – egg yolk – grated Parmesan cheese – Chopped fresh parsley

Brown the sausage, breaking it into small pieces.
