Teriyaki Salmon

INGREDIENTS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

– 2 pound side of salmon — boneless skin on or off, depending upon your preference (I leave the skin on, wild-caught if possible) – 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup – 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce plus additional for serving (swap for tamari for gluten free) – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper – Chopped green onion for serving – Toasted sesame seeds

1
