For example, if a recipe calls for “2 cups shredded carrots,” it will also state “about 10 ounces or 4 medium,” so you know exactly how much of each ingredient to buy.
- Leftover Love. To help you make the most of your cooking, the recipes include tips to store and reheat leftovers, as well as clever ideas to turn those leftovers into an entirely new meal.
