A delicious and creamy green kale pineapple smoothie with banana and Greek yogurt. Filled with healthy protein, nutrients, and will keep you full for hours!
2cupslightly packed chopped kale leavesstems removed
3/4cupunsweetened vanilla almond milkor any milk you like
1frozen medium bananacut into chunks
1/4cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4cupfrozen pineapple pieces
2tablespoonspeanut buttercreamy or crunchy (I use natural creamy)
1 to 3teaspoonshoneyto taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients (kale, almond milk, banana, yogurt, pineapple, peanut butter, and honey) in a blender in the order listed.
Blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
This kale smoothie tastes best right after being blended, but can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours (good results) or up to 1 day (less optimal results).
