Leftover Cranberry Sauce Parfait

Not sure what to do with leftover cranberry sauce? Make a parfait! Leftover cranberry sauce tastes wonderful layered with yogurt, honey, and granola for a special Thanksgiving leftover breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain or vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons leftover cranberry sauce — to taste (I love and recommend this recipe)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey — to taste
  • Granola — or cereal

Instructions

  1. In a parfait glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, a drizzle of honey, a few spoonfuls of cranberry sauce, then sprinkle with granola. Repeat with a second layer of yogurt, honey and granola. Serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Store leftover pie covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or cover tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.
