1ripe avocado - peeled, pitted, and cut in 1/2-inch chunks
4ouncesfeta cheese - loosely crumbled but still chunky (about 3/4 cup)
1/4cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt
1tablespoonfreshly squeezed lime juice
Baked sweet potato fries - for serving
Sliced carrots, - celery, pita chips, or tortilla chips, for serving
Place avocados, feta, Greek yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir and lightly mash with a spoon to combine, leaving avocado and feta slightly chunky.
Serve with baked spicy sweet potato fries, veggies, and chips as desired.
