Cool, creamy Avocado Dip is loaded with chunks of feta cheese and stays healthy with Greek yogurt. Serve with chips, fries, veggies, or try spread on a sandwich.
1ripe avocado— peeled, pitted, and cut in 1/2-inch chunks
4ouncesfeta cheese— loosely crumbled but still chunky (about 3/4 cup)
1/4cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt
1tablespoonfreshly squeezed lime juice
Baked sweet potato fries— for serving
Sliced carrots,— celery, pita chips, or tortilla chips, for serving
Place avocados, feta, Greek yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir and lightly mash with a spoon to combine, leaving avocado and feta slightly chunky.
Serve with baked spicy sweet potato fries, veggies, and chips as desired.
