Avocado Feta Dip

Yield: 2 - 4 servings
Total Time:
10 mins
Cool, creamy Avocado Dip is loaded with chunks of feta cheese and stays healthy with Greek yogurt. Serve with chips, fries, veggies, or try spread on a sandwich.

  • 1 ripe avocado — peeled, pitted, and cut in 1/2-inch chunks
  • 4 ounces feta cheese — loosely crumbled but still chunky (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Baked sweet potato fries — for serving
  • Sliced carrots, — celery, pita chips, or tortilla chips, for serving

  1. Place avocados, feta, Greek yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir and lightly mash with a spoon to combine, leaving avocado and feta slightly chunky.
  2. Serve with baked spicy sweet potato fries, veggies, and chips as desired.

Recipe Notes

Avocado Dip is best enjoyed the day it is prepared. To store, place in an airtight container, press plastic wrap directly against the dip surface, and keep in the refrigerator.
