Cool, creamy Avocado Dip is loaded with chunks of feta cheese and stays healthy with Greek yogurt. Serve with chips, fries, veggies, or try spread on a sandwich.
1ripe avocadopeeled, pitted, and cut in 1/2-inch chunks
4ouncesfeta cheeseloosely crumbled but still chunky (about 3/4 cup)
1/4cupplain non-fat Greek yogurt
1tablespoonfreshly squeezed lime juice
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Baked sweet potato friesfor serving
Sliced carrots,celery, pita chips, or tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
Place avocados, feta, Greek yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir and lightly mash with a spoon to combine, leaving avocado and feta slightly chunky.
Serve with baked spicy sweet potato fries, veggies, and chips as desired.
Notes
Avocado Dip is best enjoyed the day it is prepared. To store, place in an airtight container, press plastic wrap directly against the dip surface, and keep in the refrigerator.
