1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milkor your milk of choice
Place blueberries and oats at the bottom of the blender and pulse a few times to crush. Add banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, honey, flaxseed, and almond milk.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
For the thickest texture, freeze all fruit before use in the recipe. For bananas: peel and slice into pieces, then freeze in a tightly sealed plastic bag. For blueberries: purchase frozen or spread fresh blueberries on a baking sheet. Place sheet in the freezer, then once the berries have hardened, transfer to a plastic bag and store (this method will keep the fresh berries from completely lumping together).
