Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed: spinach, almond milk, oats, blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and flaxseed.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, taste, and add more maple syrup/honey as desired. Enjoy!

TO STORE: While smoothies taste best right after they are made, you can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Stir again before enjoying.
