Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt over medium high heat, whisking until it is steaming and smooth. Do not let the milk boil.
Add the chopped chocolate and vanilla. Whisk and heat until the chocolate is melted and smoothly combined.
Taste and add additional maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Serve hot with toppings of choice.
Notes
To Store. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Rewarm in a saucepan, whisking constantly.
