- The “2 Years of Meal Plans” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on Tuesday January 28, 2025 and will continue until 11:59 p.m. EST on Monday February 3, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
- During the Entry Period, to enter the Giveaway, enter the information required on this Well Plated page.
- The Giveaway is limited to one (1) entry per person.
- For the Giveaway: One (1) winner will be selected and contacted via the email address that person submitted. One winner will receive one (1) $200 e-gift card to a grocery store to be agreed upon between the winner and Well Plated. No substitutions or cash exchanges permitted.
- The Giveaway and Amazon Giveaway are open to only U.S. residents age 18 and older living in the 50 U.S. states. Both giveaways are not in any way affiliated with or endorsed or supported by with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
- The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
- This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By participating, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by all of these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
- You agree to accept the decisions of Well Plated as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Well Plated. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, or uses any device to enter, or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Well Plated, will be disqualified.
- By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that Well Plated and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, shall have the right and a perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use or publish in any social media platform or email listserv, your first name, the city and state in which you live, your social media handle, and/or any photo you posted related to this Giveaway for publicity and promotional purposes, or use the email you submitted to send you notifications, promotions, or other messages, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
- Well Plated reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway for any reason. In such case, Well Plated may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to such event.
- By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Well Plated and its advertising and promotion agencies, partners, employees, officers, managers, directors, and owners from and against any liability, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in this Giveaway; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (iii) technical failures of any kind; or (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of this giveaway or the processing of entries.
- This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Wisconsin, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, you agree that any and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Wisconsin having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
- No purchase required. As an alternative means of entry, you can mail a stamped postcard to Well Plated by Erin, 5651 N Lydell Ave, PO Box 170652, Milwaukee, WI 53217-4504 that includes your name, your email address, your city and state of residence, and the name of the announced recipe for that month. Your postcard must be received by the end of the Entry Period.
