Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cups chopped broccoli florets about 6 ounces
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili crisp or 1 additional tablespoon olive oil, plus ¼ – ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Brown or white rice or cauliflower rice for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken and broccoli in your air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, and ginger over the top.
- Pour in the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, olive oil, and chili crisp.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8 to 12 minutes, tossing the basket several times throughout, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is crisp. Stir in the green onions. Serve with rice.

Delicious and easy! Since my crew loves sauce, I doubled the sauce recipe. I used half for coating the chicken/broccoli before air frying then warmed up the other half on the stove with a cornstarch/soy sauce slurry to thicken. Served with rice as suggested. :) Thanks for another keeper!
