Let’s raise a glass to festive cocktails!

These simple two-ingredient Christmas mimosas are ultra festive, not too sweet, and they make holiday entertaining as easy as can be. I don’t know about you, but I can always use more easy this time of year!

For hands-free entertaining, set up a mimosa bar with bottles of chilled Prosecco and different juices. Guests can make their own merry concoction. I can see pomegranate juice (call it a Merry Mimosa!), pineapple juice (Mele Kalikimaka Mimosa), and Grapefruit Juice too (Mrs. Claus Mimosa).

Key Ingredients

You’ll find the full list of ingredients in the recipe card below, but here are some notes to keep in mind.

  • Chilled Dry Sparkling Wine. Like Prosecco or champagne. When picking out sparkling wine, look for one labeled “Brut.” This is the driest option you can buy (think brutally dry).
  • White Cranberry Juice. If you can’t find it, red cranberry juice works—but then it’s just a Christmas mimosa and not a white Christmas mimosa!
  • Garnishes. Rosemary, fresh cranberries, simple syrup and sanding sugar.

How to Make a White Christmas Mimosa

Rim the Glass. Dip the rim in simple syrup, then lightly roll it in the sanding sugar.

Mix the Drinks. Pour the sparking wine into the glasses, followed by the white cranberry juice. Stir in edible glitter if you’d like and garnish as desired. ENJOY!
