To adjust this to fit the needs of your family, simply press the “+” or “-” symbols underneath each dish to adjust the servings amounts. Doing this will also automatically update your shopping list.   1. Why can’t I look at the recipes advertised for the new and exclusive book? I’m signed up for your meal planning. I want to look at the recipes (the chorizo one caught my eye!) before deciding to purchase the book. Based on the email it looks like we should be able to view these?

    1. Hi Shannon, all of our recipes in the cookbook are exclusive to the cookbook and not available on our site. This particular meal plan is one of our special meal plans for those who do own the book, since we’ve had so many requests. You’ll find a list of retailers here (or check your local bookstore): https://www.wellplated.com/cookbook/ where you may be able to view the book in person before making a decision to buy.
