It’s been a wonderful week of exciting announcements here on Well Plated, but guess what? I have one more (and it’s a FUN ONE!). I will be appearing LIVE on Good Morning America, tomorrow morning!

The current estimated time I’ll be appearing is 8:40 a.m. ET, although it is live TV, so this may vary somewhat depending upon how the rest of the show flows.

During my segment, I’ll be sharing two of my favorite recipes from The Well Plated Cookbook, along with helpful kitchen tips, including my go-to healthy swaps, a simple trick to immediately improve your cooking, and easy ways to make meals more budget friendly.

  1. After receiving my copy of the cookbook and LOVING it, I promptly ordered another copy to give to my daughter.  Gorgeous book & so readable & informative!  I made the salmon last night (easy & yummy!). Making lentils today!

  2. Great segment with some really good ideas for substitutions healthy-wise. So excited for you to be having all this fun! Got my copy of the book early (!) so will spend some time this week perusing it and checking off which recipes I’ll be trying.
