Buttermilk Cake

- all-purpose flour - baking powder - baking soda - granulated sugar - lemon - unsalted butter - non-fat plain Greek yogurt - eggs - pure vanilla extract - buttermilk powdered sugar

Butter and flour the inside of a bundt pan. Whisk the dry ingredients together.

Add the sugar and lemon zest to the bowl of a stand mixer. Rub the two ingredients together.

Beat in the butter.  Beat in the rest of the wet ingredients, except for the buttermilk.

Add the dry ingredients and buttermilk alternately to the wet ingredients. This gives you the best texture of cake.

Transfer the batter to the bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes.
