This Caprese wreath is as easy as it is lovely.

The holidays are a time to put a little extra effort into your cooking, but let’s be honest—by the time you’ve baked the Brie Bites, Baked Ham, and a platter of Christmas Sugar Cookies, there’s not much energy left for extra touches. Cue the Caprese salad wreath!
It takes minutes (literally) to assemble, requires ZERO cooking, and adds a fresh and festive touch to any party.
Typically Caprese salad combines mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and basil, but since basil is expensive and poorer quality in the winter months, I swapped it for arugula, which adds a nice peppery touch and makes this wreath much more affordable to assemble.
Serve it as an appetizer alongside Cream Cheese Appetizer Bites, or make it a side next to the Standing Rib Roast.
This is also a perfect last-minute recipe to bring to a holiday party. Whenever I host, I love when a guest offers to bring a salad. The fact that this one is a total show-stopper makes it all the more welcome at any gathering.
