Baked Salmon in Foil

– 2 pound side of salmon – fresh rosemary – lemons & lemon juice – extra-virgin olive oil – kosher salt – ground black pepper – garlic cloves – Additional chopped fresh herbs

Line the pan or baking dish with foil. Lightly coat with baking spray.

Arrange 2 sprigs of the rosemary down the middle with half the lemon.

Season the salmon!

Drizzle the salmon with the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Rub to coat.

Scatter the garlic cloves over the top. Lay the remaining rosemary and lemon slices on top of the salmon. Add lemon juice.

Fold the foil!

Fold the sides of the aluminum foil up and over the top of the salmon until it is completely enclosed.

After baking, open up, then broil until golden and fish is cooked through.
