    I would love to make the Greek chicken recipe but I cannot stand olives Can I substitute something else for them or if I leave them out will it ruin the flavor? Also I made the chicken curry crockpot recipe yesterday and while it was very tasty it did not have a thick sauce I didn’t use canned coconut milk but used regular coconut milk Is that the difference or also I omitted the sweet potatoes to cut down on the carbs, would that omission change the consistency of the sauce? I also want to make a healthy chicken dish for a group, what would you suggest? 

    1. Hi Phyllis! You could leave the olives out of the Slow Cooker Greek Chicken recipe. For the Slow Cooker Chicken Curry, the coconut milk can make a big difference in the sauce. The canned coconut milk will be much thicker, while the coconut milk beverage is more watery. Omitting the sweet potatoes could also play a role in this. And, I think either the Crock Pot BBQ Chicken or the Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken would be great for a crowd. I hope this helps!
